• Hub Cluster : Development of a cluster for the medical industry utilizing Osong Bio-health Science Technopolis and Ochang Scientific Industrial Complex
  
  - Osong Bio-health Science Technopolis : 30 medical companies such as LG Life Sciences and CJ are expected to move into the complex
  → The complex will be turned into a cluster which specializes in public health and medical fields through basic research, applied research, clinical trials and production of bio products, with a goal to serve as a leading red-biotech cluster.

  → Agro-Bio Cluster : This cluster is to integrate economies of three guns(Korea's administrative district) in the Northern region of Korea by establishing a cluster for an agro-bio industry forming a network linking three areas: Yeongdong(applied research and business support system) Okcheon(inland logistics and medical equipment) Boeun(base of clean production).
  Traditional Korean Medical Cluster : Promotion of a cluster for the traditional Korean medical industry to create a growth engine for the inland of the province, especially Jecheon, by employing its clean environment and regional resources
  → BIT Cluster : Promotion of BIT cluster (for promotion of health) to secure Nexpolis' self-sufficiency and advance the eco-friendly bio-convergence industry
